Throughout her manufacturing and technology focused career, Jane gained extensive and profound expertise for Industry 4.0 applications and is a recognized keynote speaker and evangelist. As a digital leader in Industry 4.0, she is dedicated to enhancing the impact of manufacturing through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Throughout her career, Jane has held executive positions at Stanley Black and Decker and Covestro, where she was responsible for spearheading digital transformations. Jane joined the Supervisory Board at voxeljet in June of 2023 and now serves as the Vice Chair. Jane Arnold is the Chief Customer Officer at APERIO where she also serves as a board member. As the industry’s operational data quality leader, APERIO adds context, insights, and intelligence to your data, by guaranteeing the highest data quality from its sources to its end user applications.

Before joining NextPharma, Joel spent over 6 years as a primary packing material producer for the pharmaceutical industry in different global IT Leadership positions and before worked over 6 years as IT Management Consultant for international customers across various industries.

Elisabeth B. Reynolds, Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning in Innovation and Competitiveness. She was former Special Assistant to President Biden for Manufacturing and Economic Development at the National Economic Council during 2021-2022 where she helped lead the Administration’s work on supply chain resilience, national manufacturing strategy, regional economic development and the broader industrial policy agenda. Before working in the Biden Administration, Reynolds was the executive director of the MIT Industrial Performance Center from 2010-2021 and co-led the MIT Task Force on the Work of the Future. Reynolds’ work and research focus on manufacturing-related issues including growing innovative firms to scale and digital technology adoption by small and large firms. She has worked on rebuilding manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. at the federal and state level, serving on the scale up committee of the Obama Administration’s Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (AMP) as well as for several Massachusetts Governors’ on the state’s advanced manufacturing strategy. She sits on the board of the non-profit, Advanced Functional Fabrics of America, one of the 16 Manufacturing USA innovation institutes. Reynolds received her B.A. from Harvard, a Master’s in Economics from the University of Montreal and a Ph.D. from MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning in urban and regional economic development.

Natan Linder is co-founder and CEO of manufacturing technology company, Tulip, and co-founder and chairman of Formlabs, the pioneer and industry leader in professional desktop 3D printing. Drawing from over 15 years of experience and accomplished careers at companies like Samsung, Sun Microsystems, and Rethink Robotics, Linder holds a depth of expertise in computer science, product design, and entrepreneurship. Prior to starting Tulip and Formlabs, Linder was co-founder and general manager of Samsung Electronics’ R&D Center in Israel, spearheading the group’s innovation efforts in mobile and shipping multiple products to the global market. He’s served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Jerusalem Venture Partners, the leading Israeli venture capital firm. Linder holds a PhD from MIT Media Lab’s Fluid Interfaces Group and a S.M. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT. Linder’s work aims to fuse design and engineering to create novel human experiences.

He leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the World Economic Forum around technology adoption and the ecosystem required to build large-scale transformations. This partnership has also included the publication of several collaborative whitepapers, identifying the world’s leading manufacturers and their adoption of digital manufacturing technologies.
Enno serves clients on digital manufacturing strategies and transformation across many industries. He supports several Fortune 500 and small- and medium-size-enterprise clients across industries in their pursuit of competitive advantage through operational excellence. He has a passion for disruptive business models and start-ups, with a track record for innovation, business building, large scale transformations, scaling businesses, and value enhancing strategies. For more than 18 years in the Machining industry Marius has been driving Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) and Digitization in the internal value chain of plants and production networks. With a broad experience in both hardware and software, Marius has led projects and programs to decrease costs, run reorganizations and initiate digital transformation. With a deep involvement of the frontline workers and an outside-in perspective on new ways of working and new technologies, Marius is always developing sustainable solutions that bring long-term added value to organizations and initiate a change process.

Abigail is a Development Manufacturing Engineer with AirBorn Inc. at their Lake City, PA facility. Her focus is on digital transformation and automation, and she is currently assisting with the establishment of a digital factory at AirBorn. Abigail has been part of several successful Tulip deployments across the company and has many exciting projects still to come.

Alex Klick is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer under the production injection molding division at Protolabs in Rosemount, Minnesota.
Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville with a BS in Industrial Technology Management with minors in Drafting & Product Development as well as Business Administration and has 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He started his industrial journey in a gray ductile iron foundry on the floor and eventually as an engineering intern. Before graduating, he held an engineering co-op with a high-end machine shop creating drawings and routing documentation for aerospace, medical, defense, firearm, recreational, as well as industrial components.
He then started his professional career with a brief stint in the water treatment and filtration industry as a Product Engineer designing and building testing equipment. Alex moved onto a Tooling & Maintenance Engineer role within the baby product industry with NUK-USA. There he created a preventative maintenance program from the ground up for all injection molds, improving tooling uptime drastically, and would troubleshoot molds and equipment under tight schedules. He led a big kaizen event within the maintenance department and the project was recognized as “most improved” among 140+ other locations that year. He won several quarterly performance awards, one annual performance award, as well as obtaining Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification. Alex was then promoted to Tool Room Supervisor where he led a three-man toolmaker team and would complete Lean Six Sigma green belt training through the University of Wisconsin.
In 2019 Alex joined Protolabs as a Manufacturing Engineer. He led and managed the implementation of Tulip starting in Rosemount and eventually scaling it to the sampling and production side of the injection molding division in Plymouth, MN. Through app development, data analysis, automation, and creative solutions, he has helped drive significant cost reductions of waste in both plants and improved efficiencies throughout the plant. Since beginning his Tulip journey, Alex has developed a passion around Industry 4.0, app & user interface development, as well as IoT topics.

Audrey Van de Castle is the Director, Digital Transformation at Stanley Black & Decker. She leads the deployment of Tulip globally for the company, helping facilities drive digitization on their shop floors and leverage data for decision making. Audrey is a Baltimore, MD native and enjoys live music, using power tools, and fighting robots.

Dan Ferrow is a citizen developer of Tulip in the Stanley Black and Decker Hellaby site, supporting the development of Quality, Production and EHS applications. As a student, Dan has continued to develop applications for his university degree dissertation, focused on OEE. Also winning the Made in Sheffield Apprentice of the Year award through the development of a digital OEE system.

Chad is the Chief Information Officer at Boston Dynamics, a Boston area robotics company that specializes in mobility, perception and navigation. His career in Information Technology has spanned more than 30 years, including roles in a variety of industries, such as marketing, software, healthcare, retail and robotics. He’s worked at some of Boston’s most innovative companies, including Avid, Endeca Technologies, athenahealth and Amazon Robotics. In addition to his leadership roles, Chad's background includes business systems analysis, data analytics and project management. Chad graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Mathematics and a Concentration in Computer Science. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. In his efforts to give back to the next generation of IT professionals, Chad is also an Adjunct Instructor at Bentley University, teaching courses in Project Management, Data Management and Systems Analysis and Design, to both graduate and undergraduate students.

Erik Mirandette is the Chief Business Officer at Tulip, the leader in frontline operations technology spun out of MIT. He has 15+ years experience in building and leading teams in operations and product development. Today, Tulip has raised over $150M dollars in venture capital, employs 260+ people and supports 500+ customers with operations in over 20+ countries.
Prior to Tulip, Erik served as a military officer for over six years assigned to the Air Force Strategic Counterintelligence Branch with tours in Afghanistan, Southeast Asia and Japan. Erik, a Tillman Scholar, also spent time in the non-profit space based in North Africa, and in venture capital prior to joining Tulip.
Erik holds a B.S. from the Air Force Academy, an M.A from Norwich University, an M.B.A from M.I.T. He is the author of “The Only Road North” a memoir of his experiences in Africa.

He has also served as trusted adviser and business consultant in the areas of technology directions, industry strategy, and software implementations. His focus and passion is next generation (Pharma 4.0) digital technologies and IIoT for manufacturing.
Dr. Langer started his career in academia, researching concepts and architectures for agile manufacturing systems using emerging technologies such as multi agent systems and novel concepts that were the archetype for Industry 4.0 and Industrial IoT. He takes a systematic and strategic approach that he has honed throughout his career in different roles including consulting, sales, marketing, product strategy, project management, software development and implementation, and research.

Dr. Roey Mechrez is the Head of EMEA and AI at Tulip Interfaces. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Vision, he brings a wealth of experience in both business and technology to the field of AI. Prior to joining Tulip, Dr. Mechrez founded and led an AI startup, and advised multiple companies. He is deeply passionate about the practical application of vision and machine learning in manufacturing operations and is currently responsible for overseeing Tulip's ML and computer vision strategy alongside the EMEA region.
